They're the first friendly faces our students see in the morning and the steady presence that stays with them all day. They know our kids by name, lend a hand without being asked, and quietly make sure Ponce is a place where students can focus on learning, growing, and being themselves.

Much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but we see it and feel it every day. Thank you for your care, your patience, and your dedication to our school community.
